Uplifting Literature: Stories of Optimism, Kindness, and Renewed Hope

Apparently, there is a new category of literature called Uplit.

Uplifting Literature…in other words…stories about optimism, kindness, and people with heart.

I mention this because 98% of what passes for entertainment are stories that subject people to one form of violence or another.

And as far as I am concerned, we don’t need that sort of stuff anymore.

We need stories that elevate the spirit.

We need stories that leave you with a warm and fuzzy feeling and a renewed hope that there are a lot of wonderful people out there and that there is a lot of good in this world.
